Complete XP-SWMM/XPSWMM Support
StormNET® provides the user unparalleled modeling support for existing XPSWMM™ users and their models. StormNET can import XPSWMM models, as well as export XPSWMM models. Any changes made to the model made in StormNET can be exported back to XPSWMM or analyzed in StormNET. StormNET is based upon an enhanced version of the latest US EPA SWMM 5.0 (and FEMA approved) stormwater and wastewater model.
StormNET vs. XPSWMM Performance
Several computational model comparisons were performed with StormNET and XPSWMM using municipal models that had been originally developed with XPSWMM. StormNET was able to import all of the XPSWMM models without modification, including support for external data files (i.e., rainfall files, etc.). The following charts illustrate the performance times for StormNET and XPSWMM.
